Monsieur Lancaster's Galette des Rois
On the occasion of its 100th anniversary, Hôtel Lancaster unveils an exceptional pastry creation: the Galette Centenaire. Alongside Chef Sébastien Giroud, pastry chefs Maxime and Tom reinterpret the traditional galette des rois with an inverted puff pastry accented by notes of vanilla. A dessert that tells the story of an iconic Champs-Élysées address, where Parisian elegance has been savored since 1925.
