In September, Monsieur Lancaster revisits Occitanie with “L'Œuf parfait, pea bavaroise with mint notes and Iberian shavings” accompanied by his wine “Domaine Gauby Côtes Catalanes Vieilles Vignes 2020”.

Monsieur Lancaster invites you to discover his wine dinners. The first two will take place in November, on November 13 with Pascal Jolivet and on November 20 with Domaine Arnaud Chopin.

For these dinners, our chef Sébastien Giroud has designed a four-course menu, with each course paired with a wine graciously offered by the wine producers.

Gautier Rives, our F&B Director, and representatives from the wineries will be your travelling partners throughout the evenings.

Like a "madeleine de Proust" and to bring back memories of the "famous" Sunday meals, the Lancaster has decided to serve a different "iconic dish" each month, such as blanquette de veau (veal stew), leg of lamb, cassoulet or boeuf bourguignon...

At lunch, the chef Sébastien Giroud advocates a reasoned approach of the terroir, and enjoys associating noble products with unexpected flavours. Monsieur aims is to take guests on a journey through the regions of France and their star products. The restaurant offers a lunch menu which showcases a different local terroir each month.

In the evening, the curtins of Monsieur Restaurant opens up to a gastronomical voyage during 3 or 5 services. Sébastien Giroud proposes his "Emotions de saion" menu in collaboration with his local producers in order to have seasonal fresh products all year long. Enjoy your journey...

The Marlene is a destination in itself, prized both by House guests and Parisians who meet up here from breakfast time and during the day. From 5 o'clock, CopperBay is taking over and will show you a cocktail experience that you won't forget.

Tous les mois un goûter différent sera proposé : en avril les célèbres cannelés de Bordeaux au doux parfum de cannelle, en mai la mythique madeleine aux accents vanillés, en juin le Fiadone emblématique gâteau Corse.
