At lunch, the chef Sébastien Giroud advocates a reasoned approach of the terroir, and enjoys associating noble products with unexpected flavours. Monsieur aims is to take guests on a journey through the regions of France and their star products. The restaurant offers a lunch menu which showcases a different local terroir each month.
In the evening, the curtins of Monsieur Restaurant opens up to a gastronomical voyage during 3 or 5 services. Sébastien Giroud proposes his "Emotions de saion" menu in collaboration with his local producers in order to have seasonal fresh products all year long. Enjoy your journey...
