On the occasion of its 100th anniversary, Hôtel Lancaster unveils an exceptional pastry creation: the Galette Centenaire. Alongside Chef Sébastien Giroud, pastry chefs Maxime and Tom reinterpret the traditional galette des rois with an inverted puff pastry accented by notes of vanilla. A dessert that tells the story of an iconic Champs-Élysées address, where Parisian elegance has been savored since 1925.

What if Monsieur was one of Marlène Dietrich's many “friends”, and had made her dream during the three years she lived in his suite, bringing back regional specialities from her travels?

And what if it were you today to discover or rediscover these beautiful terroirs?

In September, Monsieur Lancaster revisits Occitanie with “L'Œuf parfait, pea bavaroise with mint notes and Iberian shavings” accompanied by his wine “Domaine Gauby Côtes Catalanes Vieilles Vignes 2020”.

At lunch, the chef Sébastien Giroud advocates a reasoned approach of the terroir, and enjoys associating noble products with unexpected flavours. Monsieur aims is to take guests on a journey through the regions of France and their star products. The restaurant offers a lunch menu which showcases a different local terroir each month.

In the evening, the curtins of Monsieur Restaurant opens up to a gastronomical voyage during 3 or 5 services. Sébastien Giroud proposes his "Emotions de saion" menu in collaboration with his local producers in order to have seasonal fresh products all year long. Enjoy your journey...
