Starting September 7th, CopperBay Lancaster launches seven days, seven arts, seven ways to (re)discover the Lancaster. The disciplines range across the art of hosting, the art of play, the art of tasting, the art of music, the art of the aperitif, the art of love, and finally the art of leisure.
The program will evolve throughout the seasons with a variety of activities.

CopperBay Lancaster has unveiled its new cocktail menu, entitled ‘Hexagone’, designed as a tribute to the expertise of French distillers. The journey across France (from the south-west to the north-east, and from the north-west to the south-east) spans the heritage of iconic distilleries (Deutz, Chartreuse, Distillerie de la Plaine) and the creations of the new generation of independent distillers (Bear Brother, Sab’s…).
This year, the Lancaster is hosting works by artist Bruno Mallart. A French illustrator of Spanish origin, born in 1963 in Paris, his style is rooted in contemporary art. To mark the hotel’s centenary, Bruno Mallart has also created an original drawing specially designed to celebrate the establishment’s 100th anniversary, highlighting its iconic façade.
This summer, the Lancaster welcomes several masterpieces by renowned artist Christophe Charbonnel. The French sculptor is well-known for his bronze creations inspired by ancient statuary. In line with the realist movement of the late 19th century, Christophe Charbonnel gives admirable expression to the body, producing highly expressive works.

Félix Ziem, born February 25th, 1821 in Beaune and died November 10th, 1911 in Paris, was a French painter of the “Barbizon School” renowned for his seascapes and landscapes of Venice and Constantinople. Attached to the orientalist movement, he is considered one of the precursors of Impressionism.
Shot at the Lancaster Hotel in 1971, La Mandarine was directed by Edouard Molinaro and released on screens in the spring of 1972. Annie Girardot and Philippe Noiret play a couple who run a hotel in Paris. Madeleine Renaud, Jean Claude Dauphin, and British singer Murray Head complete the distribution.
